TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns medical transports following the provision of care for persons who have been injured, wounded, or are in distress on the ski area of Valmeinier by SEMVAL. The contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without any annual minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year. The services will be performed as and when required by SEMVAL, by issuing purchase orders, within the limit of the annual maximum amount set out in this contract. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial duration of one year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed twice for a period of one year, i.e. a maximum total duration of three years, without the contractor being able to object.
