TENDER DESCRIPTION

The TRI-OR syndicate is an intermunicipal syndicate created in 1964. It currently comprises 28 municipalities spread over four intermunicipal structures, representing a population of approximately 95,400 inhabitants. Based in Champagne-sur-Oise, TRI-OR is responsible for ensuring the collection and treatment of household and similar waste across its entire territory, with the mission of guaranteeing effective and sustainable management of waste produced by member municipalities. The scope of services is detailed in the special technical clauses document (CCTP) and summarized as follows: • Transport of multi-material selective collections from the Champagne-sur-Oise site to the Contractor's sorting center; • Reception and sorting of recyclable household waste from the TRI-OR Syndicate; • Packaging of recyclable materials resulting from sorting for recovery purposes; • Assistance with carrying out incoming characterizations performed by TRI OR (agent training, methodology sharing, etc.); • Characterization of sorting refusals; • Organization of sorting center visits for elected officials and agents of the Syndicate and provision of educational materials; • Administrative management…
