TENDER DESCRIPTION

The TRI-OR syndicate is an inter-municipal syndicate created in 1964. It currently comprises 28 municipalities spread over four inter-municipal bodies, representing a population of approximately 95,400 inhabitants. Based in Champagne-sur-Oise, TRI-OR is responsible for ensuring the collection and treatment of household and similar waste throughout its territory, with the mission of guaranteeing effective and sustainable management of waste produced by member municipalities. The scope of services is detailed in the special technical clauses document (CCTP) and summarized as follows: • Transport of multi-material selective collections from the Champagne-sur-Oise site to the Contractor's sorting center; • Reception and sorting of recyclable household waste from the TRI-OR Syndicate; • Packaging of recyclable materials resulting from sorting for recovery purposes; • Assistance in carrying out incoming characterizations, performed by TRI OR (staff training, sharing of methodology, etc.); • Characterization of sorting rejects; • Organization of visits to the sorting center for elected officials and Syndicate staff and provision of educational materials; • Administrative management and…
