TENDER DESCRIPTION

The collection of waste textiles is carried out in the bring system via containers, in particular at recycling and construction yards (Wertstoff- and Bauhöfe) as well as at decentralized collection points in the district of Constance. The provision of the containers, including their cleaning, maintenance and repair, forms part of the service, unless the provision is carried out by the cities / municipalities and the district itself. The cleaning of the collection points is the responsibility of the contracting authority or the cities and municipalities of the district of Constance and is therefore not part of the service. The quantities of the services to be recycled consist of waste textiles in a composition “as collected”. In addition, the contract includes the disposal of materials that are not suitable for recycling.
