TENDER DESCRIPTION
The collection of used textiles takes place in the bring system via containers in particular at recycling and construction material centers (Wertstoff- and Bauhöfen) as well as at decentralized collection points/stand sites in the district of Konstanz. The provision of the containers including their cleaning, maintenance and repair is part of the service, unless container provision is carried out by the cities/municipalities and the district itself. The cleaning of the stand sites is the responsibility of the contracting authority or the cities and municipalities of the district of Konstanz and is therefore not part of the service. The quantities of material to be recovered are used textiles in a composition "as collected". The award also includes the disposal of substances that are not suitable for recovery.
