TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Services are paid for by unit prices. This contract aims at the transport of school audiences (kindergarten and elementary) and young public to the community territory facilities. Pursuant to the provisions of article L.2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the execution of the contract includes a mandatory clause for economic activity insertion.
