TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Commune of Rue is responsible for school transport for pupils (from 1H to 8H) living within the territory of the Rue school district. The objective of this contract is to guarantee the transport of pupils within the territory of the Commune, in a reliable and safe manner, to the satisfaction of the children, their parents, the school district, and the municipal authorities. The tenderer must imperatively submit an offer valid for 6 months from the date of submission of the offer. This offer covers at least all the services described in chapter 2 "Object of the contract" of the tender documents. The adjudicator expects the successful tenderer to enter into a framework agreement for an initial duration of 5 years (August 2027 - July 2032), tacitly renewable year by year (from August 2032 to July 2033, and from August 2033 to July 2034 respectively) up to a maximum of 7 years.
