• Total Duration: The estimated total duration of the construction project, encompassing all lots, is 13 months, which includes a one-month preparatory period.
• Contract Start Date: The contract for each lot becomes effective upon the notification date of the service order that initiates the preparatory phase.
• Preparatory Period: There is a preparatory period of one month, commencing from the date the service order for this phase is notified to the respective lot holders.
• Work Execution Deadlines: Specific start dates for the works and their respective execution deadlines will be communicated through a service order issued to the holder of each lot.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Site Preparation: February 2027.
• On-site and Workshop Construction: March 2027 to March 2028.
• Installation of scaffolding and site facilities.
• Restoration and fitting out of the antechamber for the reserve: March to mid-May 2027.
• A three-month pause for the acclimatization of the reserve room: mid-May to mid-August 2027.
• Transfer of objects from the Treasury room to the reserve room: mid-August 2027.
• Restoration and fitting out of the Treasury room: September 2027 to mid-March 2028.
• Transfer of objects for exhibition from the reserve room to the Treasury room: February 2028.
• Site Dismantling: March 2028.

• Adherence to regulatory requirements, such as bailiff's reports for premises, administrative authorizations, and submission of executed works documents with photographic evidence before, during, and after restoration.
• Installation of site infrastructure, including site panels, perimeter fencing, interior palisades, guarantee floors, and establishing living area facilities like changing rooms, common rooms, sanitary facilities, independent electricity meters, floor protection, and room setup.
• Provision of site utility connections, specifically electrical cables, distribution boxes, and supplementary lighting and sockets.
• Planning, installation, and control of scaffolding and scaffolding complements.
• Specific preparatory tasks such as consignments, neutralizations, dismantling existing installations, and maintaining installations in occupied areas.
• Conducting verifications and measurements of existing earthing, cable conformity, TGBT (Main Low Voltage Distribution Board) conformity, safety lighting, and the fire safety system.
• Execution of core drilling, perforations, and resealing works.
• Provision of handling and craning services.
• Delivery of training for the proper functioning of installed equipment.

Specific Trade Works:

• Electrical Works: Preliminary electrical tasks, defining installation origins, establishing earthing circuits, equipotential bonding, and protective conductors. This also covers the low voltage structure principle, electrical cabinet descriptions, general distribution, specific power supplies, fault reporting, equipment and lighting, local equipment, and exterior lighting (for optional tranches).
• Electric Heating Works: General specifications, detailed work definitions, and contractor obligations for electric heating installations.
• Low Current Works: Implementation of VDI (Voice, Data, Image) networks, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Carpentry and Roofing: Floor reinforcement, including the dismantling and re-installation of flooring, removal of wooden joists, and the supply and installation of insulating material. New slate roofing, involving dismantling, installation of new slates and copper nails, replacement of eaves, and revision/replacement of sarking boards. Repositioning of lightning rod ribbons is also included.
• Waterproofing and Rainwater Harvesting: Renovation of waterproofing elements and rainwater collection systems, encompassing the dismantling and replacement of chimney flashings, gutters, and downpipes, along with adapting existing downpipe connections.
• Stained Glass Works: Taking gabarits and measurements, dismantling stained glass panels for workshop restoration, transportation, and re-installation. This also includes temporary enclosure of bays and general restoration of stained glass windows.
• Joinery Works: Restoration of existing joinery components (windows, doors, interior shutters). Creation and installation of new window joinery featuring double glazing, UV filters, and hygrometric ventilation grilles, as well as new interior wooden shutters.
• Ironwork, Metalwork, and Locksmithing: Creation and installation of ironwork elements, such as handrails. Metalwork includes the creation of covers for technical skirting. Locksmithing involves the restoration and supply/installation of new locksmith elements for entrance doors.
• Alabaster Works: Installation of alabaster panels on steel frames with steel reinforcement in specific architectural openings, including fixation and peripheral/intermediate metal structures.

All installations are required to have a two-year total warranty covering on-site services, labor, and travel. The tender also specifies the realization of tests, commissioning, and necessary training for the proper functioning of the installed material.
