TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is intended to carry out adaptation, renovation and improvement works to the bathrooms in the property portfolio of Habitats de Haute-Alsace, mainly in occupied dwellings. The services are intended in particular to replace bathtubs with accessible showers, install equipment that promotes independent living at home, and adapt sanitary equipment to the needs of elderly people or people with reduced mobility. The services may be carried out across the entire portfolio managed by Habitats de Haute-Alsace, comprising approximately 10,000 dwellings located in 112 municipalities in the Haut-Rhin department; the dwellings concerned may include materials or products containing asbestos or lead. Applicants must have the qualifications, training and resources needed to carry out the work in compliance with the regulations applicable to these risks. The contract is awarded in the form of a multi-award framework agreement concluded with three successful contractors.
