TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation has the purpose of carrying out adaptation, renovation and improvement works to the bathrooms in the heritage portfolio of Habitats de Haute-Alsace, mainly in occupied dwellings. The services specifically include replacing bathtubs with accessible showers, installing equipment that supports staying at home, and adapting sanitary equipment to the needs of elderly people or persons with reduced mobility. The services may be carried out across the entire portfolio managed by Habitats de Haute-Alsace, consisting of approximately 10,000 dwellings located in 112 communes in the department of Haut-Rhin; the dwellings concerned may include materials or products containing asbestos or lead. Bidders must have the qualifications, training and resources necessary to intervene in compliance with the regulations applicable to these risks. The contract is awarded in the form of a multi-award framework agreement concluded with three contractors.
