TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is for the performance of interior fit-out works for the new premises of DGA Tech located in the municipality of Arras, an open-plan floor area with a surface area of 709 m2 GFA. The services under this operation include, in particular: partitioning and the fit-out of an office floor plate; the second-fix works required to create various functional areas; adaptation of the technical installations (HVAC, electrical and lighting); the supply and installation of certain equipment and furniture. The description of the services, the works expected and their technical specifications is set out in the specification and/or in the associated documents.
