TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract covers scaffolding works (+/- 8440 m²), ventilated façade works in terracotta clay tile boarding (+/- 12,760 panels) and metal profiles (+/- 16,380 linear metres), external joinery works in aluminium (+/- 63 units), aluminium-wood (+/- 190 units) including external sunshades and their technical management, glazed façade works (+/- 800 m²), waterproofing works (roof surface areas +/- 2,200 m²) and sheet metal works, green roofing works (+/- 1,250 m²), external locksmithing works including in particular handrails (+/- 540 linear metres), fall-protection nets in stainless steel (+/- 385 linear metres), metal staircases as well as the necessary load-bearing metal structures and external suspended ceiling works (+/- 1,570 m²). The duration of the works is 285 working days, to begin in the second half of 2027. The works are awarded on a unit-price basis.
