• Masonry Works: This covers dismantling with conservation, new contributions of mass-tinted concrete elements (for stairs, landings, and walls), and dosed reinforced concrete slabs for stairs (including engineering calculations, reinforcement, excavation/backfill, supply and pouring of concrete). Repair tasks include reprofiling of parapets (Guardiola, NORD, SUD, EST) with lauze stones, labor, repointing, and repair of missing corbels and lintels; restitution and re-meshing of corbels; filling of late bays; punctual re-meshing for lintels and parapet M; restoration of existing plaster plaques; sanitation of the trap support; piquetage of cemented areas; and repair/replacement of the terrace slab (including unstable element removal, cleaning, waterproofing, and joint repair for rainwater evacuation).

Lot 2: Ferronnerie - menuiserie (Ironwork - carpentry)

• Ironwork: This section specifies new contributions, particularly for exterior handrails/guardrails. These deliverables include EXE details, stability engineering notes, supply and installation of the entire structure, anchoring, welding, handling, and transport.
• Wooden Works: This focuses on repairs, specifically the restoration of the door. This task involves removal-reinstallation, stripping, grafting, restoration, fungal treatment, and repainting.
