TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a tranche-based market including a firm tranche and an optional tranche defined in the specifications. The services are paid based on unit prices. As part of a project to build a new wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) associated with methanization and thermal recovery by incineration of sludge from the future installation, Rennes Métropole wishes to carry out preliminary pyrotechnic decontamination at all depths of the parcel. These site decontamination works must notably allow obtaining a pyrotechnic decontamination certificate at all depths from 8 to 12 meters deep depending on the zones, covering all the surfaces concerned by the works. These works will notably include: - Preparatory works (clearing/mowing limited only to the needs of pyrotechnic safety) without any intervention within a defined perimeter corresponding to the canopy of each existing tree; - Securing the site (signposting, request for a traffic order if necessary during the works); - All subsequent complementary diagnostic investigations necessary regarding the uncovering of targets and treatment of saturated zones, depending on the results of the initial diagnosis; - Storage of materials and…
