TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a tranche-based contract including a firm tranche and an optional tranche defined in the specifications. The services are paid by unit prices. As part of a project to construct a new wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) associated with methanization and thermal recovery by incineration of sludge from the future installation, Rennes Métropole wishes to carry out prior pyrotechnic decontamination at any depth of the parcel. These site decontamination works must notably enable obtaining a pyrotechnic decontamination certificate at all depths from 8 to 12 meters deep depending on the zones, covering all the surfaces concerned by the works. These works will notably include: - Preparatory works (clearing/mowing limited to the sole needs of pyrotechnic securing) without any intervention within a delimited perimeter corresponding to the canopy of each existing tree; - Securing the site (marking, request for traffic order if necessary during the works); - All successive complementary diagnostic investigations necessary for uncovering targets and treating saturated zones, depending on the results of the initial diagnostic; - Storage of materials and other inert waste that…
