TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract comprises all pre-completion works for 3 administrative buildings, ESM, ADM and LUX, located at Kirchberg, Luxembourg-Ville. In particular, screed works: ESM 65 m2, ADM/LUX 3300 m2 (including acoustic insulation). Internal insulation works: ESM 3000 m2, ADM/LUX 4300 m2. Floor resin coatings: ESM 1100 m2, ADM/LUX 635 m2. Painting works (walls and ceilings): ESM 5700, ADM/LUX 14,800 m2. Lime-cement render works: ADM/LUX 2600 m2. The duration of the works is 324 working days, starting in the 2nd quarter of 2027.
