For the award of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum amount of 3,200,000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a duration of 4 years. Scheduled start of execution: 4th quarter 2026. Small and major maintenance and repair services concerning chimney sweeping work, routine maintenance and repairs, on the estate groups of the office. A list of the groups to be treated by sector is annexed to the consultation rules. The contracting authority may increase or decrease it, within the market's minimum and maximum limits, depending on the evolution of the estate or needs. The details of the services to be performed, as defined in the CCTP, are set when issuing the purchase orders.
