This notice follows a previous consultation published at the end of March 2026 and declared unsuccessful. The purpose of this consultation is to carry out rehabilitation works on the envelope of the 5 buildings making up the real estate complex, composed of 5 buildings from R+4 to R+8, 11 staircases, and 241 housing units.
