TENDER DESCRIPTION

The technical specifications of the contract are described in the Special Technical Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières). The services will be paid in accordance with the unit price schedule multiplied by the quantities carried out. There is no minimum order amount. The maximum order amount for the duration of the contract is set at €6,800,000.00 excluding tax (HT). Variants at the initiative of the tenderer are permitted. They are limited to at most 2 per lot and per candidate; the variants will be free provided they meet the contracting authority’s criteria. Pursuant to Article L. 2113-12 or L. 2113-13 of the CCP, each lot includes an execution clause of a social nature described in Article 12 of the CCAP. An offer that would not satisfy this condition would be declared inadmissible for non-compliance with the tender specifications. Candidates may freely visit the locations where the contract is to be performed before submitting their offer.
