TENDER DESCRIPTION

The technical specifications of the contract are described in the Special Technical Clauses (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières). The services will be paid in accordance with the unit price schedule multiplied by the quantities carried out. There is no minimum amount for orders. The maximum amount of orders over the duration of the contract is set at EUR 6,800,000.00 excluding tax. Alternative proposals submitted at the initiative of the tenderer are permitted. They are limited to a maximum of 2 per lot and per tenderer; the alternative proposals will be free insofar as they meet the contracting authority’s criteria. Pursuant to Article L. 2113-12 or L. 2113-13 of the CCP, each lot includes a contract execution clause of a social nature described in Article 12 of the CCAP. A bid that does not satisfy this requirement would be declared inadmissible for non-compliance with the tender specifications. Tenderers may freely inspect the execution sites of the contract before submitting their bid.
