TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is carried out as part of a group of contracting authorities in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: - Le Mans Métropole - City of Le Mans Its purpose is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum amount of 1 OOO OOO euro(s) HT for each authority for the duration of the contract and will give rise to the award of subsequent contracts. A maximum of 3 economic operators will be awarded (subject to a sufficient number of bids).
