TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is carried out as part of a joint purchasing arrangement in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following entities: - Le Mans Métropole - City of Le Mans It aims to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum amount of 1 OOO OOO euro(s) excluding VAT (HT) for each local authority for the duration of the contract and will give rise to the award of subsequent contracts. A maximum of 3 economic operators will be awarded the contract (subject to a sufficient number of bids).
