1. Preliminary Lighting Study:

• Identification of the number, typology, and positioning of luminaires.
• Definition of expected luminous performance.
• Estimation of the Return-On-Investment (ROI), including anticipated financial savings from reduced electricity consumption, the ROI period, and avoided energy consumption, along with any other pertinent economic or environmental performance indicators.
• Provision of luminaires implementation plans and calculation notes or justification elements for luminous performance.

2. Removal of Existing Equipment:

• Complete removal of current luminaires, which includes electrical disconnection, mechanical dismantling, removal of fixings, and cleaning/restoration of the support.
• Evacuation of the deposed luminaires to an approved WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) recycling channel, accompanied by a tracking slip.
• Removal of existing push buttons and identification of current circuits before any intervention.

3. Supply and Installation of New LED Luminaires:

• Provision of all necessary high-efficiency LED luminaires, accessories, and consumables, adhering to specified performance, IPGP requirements (dimensions, color temperatures, UGR, CRI), and existing installation constraints.
• Verification of the compatibility of new equipment with existing installations.
• Adaptation or replacement of control devices (e.g., switches) and, if required, re-cabling and conduits.

4. Testing, Adjustments, and Commissioning:

• Execution of tests, adjustments, and the final commissioning of all installed lighting devices.

5. Waste Management:

• Evacuation of all waste materials through regulated channels, particularly for WEEE.

6. Deliverables Post-Execution:

• Provision of a complete "Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés" (DOE - As-Built Dossier).
• The DOE must include a precise implementation plan (in CAD format) of the light sources and their connections to divisional panels, a maintenance plan, and the complete lighting study.

The market is structured into tranches:

• Firm Tranche: Relamping of common areas, laboratories, workshops, meeting rooms, and convivial spaces.
• Optional Tranche 1: Relamping of offices.
• Optional Tranche 2: Relamping of sanitary facilities.
