TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is used for all repair works of civil engineering structures in the territory of Saint-Etienne Métropole. These can be major works as well as minor maintenance works. This multi-award mixed framework agreement will be executed both by concluding subsequent contracts and issuing purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. The framework agreement is not divided into lots; the allocation of purchase orders is carried out by geographical sectors. The terms of award for purchase orders and subsequent contracts are detailed in the consultation file. The maximum amount is 8,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year for all holders combined.
