TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns works on networks and external developments for Phase II of the transformation of the fundamental school (école fondamentale) Brouch in Esch-sur-Alzette. It includes demolitions and earthworks, drainage networks for foul water and stormwater with a retention structure, various reinforced concrete structures, the refurbishment of an existing retaining wall, roadworks and paving works, including the resurfacing of the public footpath on Rue Michel Lentz, as well as the arrangement of green spaces and playground areas. The works will take place on a school site in operation, starting in March 2027, for a duration of 95 working days.
