The purpose of the consultation is: rehabilitation and construction works / extension of the Juliette Récamier secondary school annex to accommodate the post-secondary training courses currently on the main site. Restructuring of the part along Smith Street and demolition/reconstruction of the part on the Place des Archives side. The consultation is not divided into lots: having regard to point 2°) of Article L.2113-11 of the French Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique), awarding the contract in separate lots is likely to make performance of the services technically difficult.
