The purpose of this consultation is: rehabilitation and construction works / extension of the Juliette Récamier secondary school annex to accommodate post-secondary training currently provided on the main site. Restructuring of the section along Smith Street and demolition/reconstruction of the section on the Place des Archives side. This consultation is not divided into lots: Pursuant to point 2°) of Article L.2113-11 of the public procurement code, awarding the contract in separate lots may make execution of the services technically difficult.
