Demolition of the existing roofing and new slate roofing 2,400 m2; restoration of boarding (voligeage): 1,880 m2; the structure under the boarding: thermal insulation, vapour barrier, internal lining: 2,400 m2; reconstruction of dormer windows: 36 pcs; propping of structures, strengthening/replacement with softwood; beams and posts in solid oak: 100 ml; bracing system, restoration of metal components; cleaning of historic timber trusses. The duration of the works is 220 working days, to start in the first half of 2027. The works are awarded on a unit-price basis.
