TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scaffolding works (2'000 m²): Building 1: New flat roof, insulation and vegetation (450 m²) + 5 windows, Building 1: new covering of a roof and flat terrace, insulation and vegetation (140 m²), Building 1: new covering of a canopy and stele (135 m²). Buildings 2 & 3 and intermediate: new covering of two pitched roofs and a rounded roof, insulation (710 m²); sheet metal works: zinc cladding (180 m²), gutter (75 m), downpipe (100 m). The duration of the works is 74 working days, to start in the 2nd half of 2027.
