TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns track works within the framework of preventive and corrective maintenance of the tracks in the West sector of the RER A (Gare de Lyon to Saint-Germain-en-Laye) at night. This consultation concerns a works contract and covers the following services: - Site installations - Replacement of fastenings - Replacement and/or relocation of chairs - Adjustment of mechanical joint openings - Overhaul of mechanical joints - Overhaul of insulating joints (JIB or JIC) including surfacing - Manual tamping of ballast with profile restoration - Painting of obstacles - Installation and/or repositioning of anti-walk devices - Consolidation/renewal of fastenings (by extraction, pegging) - Replacement and/or repositioning of base plates under rails - Restoration of the sleeper spacing - Injection of wooden or concrete sleepers - Renewal of switch sleepers (wooden or concrete) - Light mechanical tamping - Restoration of chambers (ADV rods, AD, etc.) - Removal of site materials (new or used fastenings, fishplates, clips, etc.) - Supply and inventory of emergency posts on line - Installation of gauge ties - Measured tightening of fastenings - Installation of Ohio-brass…
