TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is for work involving the concealment (underground cable installation) of public electricity distribution networks in urban and rural communes. It does not apply to maintenance work on public lighting installations. It applies to communes subject to the criterion of urban and rural electrification. The description of the work and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières, CCTP). The contract is concluded in the form of a multi-award framework agreement (a maximum of 4 contractors), to be carried out by issuing purchase orders on the basis of the prices defined in each contractor’s Unit Price Schedule (Bordereau des Prix Unitaires, BPU). The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, including renewals, is EUR 6,700,000 excluding taxes.
