TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work for each facility concerns: - the prior visit to the facility concerned by the work, - the submission of an implementation schedule for the work, including supply lead times, - participation in the kick-off meeting and in the contract safety meetings, - the performance of studies including taking measurements, calculation notes, and the submission of the end-of-execution dossier (DFEE), - the procurement/supply of materials, - compliance with requirements related to radiation protection, - identification of reinforcement by Ferroscan, - dismantling of an existing system and its removal, where applicable, - installation work including delivery and handling, - identification of the installed equipment, - tests, supply of certificates of conformity for the equipment, - submission of the deliverables expected, - waste management and cleaning of the site, - regulatory inspections, where applicable, - acceptance, - submission of the dossier of executed works (DOE) within 10 days after acceptance of the work.
