The Vermand district in Saint Quentin, which is the subject of the project, comprises: - 60 housing units on “3 blocks” Rue Marcel Bugain - 130 housing units on Rue Marcel Bugain - 40 housing units on Rue Borodine - 50 housing units on Rue Emmanuel Chabrier - 40 housing units on Rue du Dr Bachy - 90 housing units on Rue Paul Codos - 80 housing units on Rue François Adrien Boieldieu and Allée Louis Braille - 40 housing units on Rue François Adrien Boieldieu The rehabilitation works notably include thermal rehabilitation of the housing units, electrical safety measures for the housing units, repairs to common areas, and reinstatement of the wet rooms in the housing units (non-exhaustive list). The contract includes a social integration measure through economic activity.
