Protection solaire (Relance)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present procedure concerns the awarding of a framework agreement for maintenance works for the follow-up of the solar protection lot of municipal buildings. The present contract is concluded for an initial period starting from its notification date and ending after 12 months. This contract is renewable 3 times for identical durations (12 months). All services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to the quantities actually performed. The services are covered by a framework agreement giving rise to purchase orders, concluded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In application of Article R2162-4-1° of the same code, it is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The execution of the services is not split into phases.
