TENDER DESCRIPTION

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned entity of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related requirements into account, and of leasing more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational education and training (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB)). ------------------ To establish a 5-stream primary school at Trenknerweg 136 through new construction (building 08) and through alterations in buildings 01, 05 and 06. In addition, the sports hall (building 03) and the classroom wing (building 05) are to be renovated. With the exception of the new building (multi-purpose hall, building 07), the school site is subject to heritage protection.
