TENDER DESCRIPTION

Open architectural design competition for three medical institutions on Šiaurės Ave., Klaipėda. Purpose of the competition: To select architectural design proposals for Competition Object No. 1, Competition Object No. 2, and Competition Object No. 3 that best meet urban planning, architectural and functional aspects, as well as other requirements listed in the Competition conditions. Monetary prizes will be awarded to participants who take 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places: the 1st place receives 12,000.00 EUR (twelve thousand EUR 00 ct.), 2nd place – 10,000.00 EUR (ten thousand EUR 00 ct.), 3rd place – 8,000.00 EUR (eight thousand EUR 00 ct.), 4th place – 6,000.00 EUR (six thousand EUR 00 ct.), all taxes included. The contracting authority will designate only one (1) winner, who scores the highest points, does not meet exclusion grounds, and meets the qualification requirements. That is, the competition winner is considered the participant who took 1st place, with whom the contracting authority, based on Article 71, Paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law, intends to conduct non-public negotiations after the competition (see the competition rules).
