TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of seven (7) dry rooms and two (2) cleanrooms, consisting of the room envelope, doors, gates, windows, and lighting. For the dry rooms, four (4) dehumidification systems are also included, including the required ventilation ducts, the required media supply, control technology, extraction system for technical exhaust air, intake boxes for technical recirculated air, smoke extraction options, and room sensor technology for detecting various parameters. - Maintenance and inspection for a new system in connection with its construction and installation; term 4 years - Supplementary contract for fault rectification to the contract for maintenance and inspection of technical systems and facilities
