TENDER DESCRIPTION
Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow Clinic (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 hereby invites tenders for the new building of the German Heart Center of Charité including the Emergency Department (ZNA) and Central Sterilization Supply Department (ZSVA), CVK (DHZC) for the following construction service: Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin intends to erect a forward-looking new building for the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC) in the southwestern area of the Virchow Clinic Campus (CVK). The planned new building will also accommodate the Central Sterilization Supply Department (ZSVA) and the Emergency Department (ZNA), and a helicopter landing pad will be constructed on the roof of the building. The total usable floor area for the DHZC new building is approximately 29,800 m² with a gross floor area of approximately 75,600 m² and a gross volume of approximately 355,000 m³. It is planned to construct the new building as a high-rise building with 16 upper floors and 2 underground floors.
