TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement procedure forms part of the refurbishment project of the former Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co. - Connemara area. The construction project is located at Baptist-Kraus-Straße 5 in 92665 Altenstadt an der Waldnaab. A comprehensive concept has been developed for the former factory site, according to which, in a first step, the northern area between the operating site and the works landfill is to be revitalised. For the refurbishment project, for the purpose of shortening the submission deadline pursuant to § 12 EU Para. 1 No. 2 VOB/A, a prior information notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) under publication number 218281-2026 on 30 March 2026. The subject matter of this procurement procedure are the drywall construction works designated under Section 5.1, Lot: LOT-0007, in the prior information notice. The advertised scope of services includes, for the main building, the construction of partition walls, lining panels, suspended ceilings and cladding of the roof truss.
