TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the building of the District Court Kiel constructed in 1915-1916 and 1979-1984, in connection with the judicial structure reform at the District Court Kiel, Deliusstraße 22, individual offices will be converted. On the floors ground floor, 3rd-6th upper floors (OG), drywall partitions will be erected, new door openings will be created, and painting works as well as electrical works will be carried out to a limited extent. The works are to be carried out in 3 time-sequential sections. The execution of the noise-intensive works (drilling, chiselling, core drilling, etc.) shall take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday) until 9:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. The noise protection corridor from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. must be strictly complied with. Ongoing business operations must not be disrupted. All resulting works/services are therefore to be optimally organised. The building and the external facilities have been classified, in accordance with the Schleswig-Holstein Monuments Protection Act (DSchG SH), as a Built Property (historical, artistic and urban-planning-related).
