TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the building of the Amtsgericht Kiel (district court of Kiel), constructed in 1915-1916 and 1979-1984, individual offices are to be converted in connection with the judicial structure reform at the Amtsgericht Kiel, Deliusstraße 22. On the floors ground floor, 3rd-6th floors, drywall partitions are to be installed, new door openings are to be created, and painting work and electrical work are to be carried out to a limited extent. The work shall be carried out in 3 time-sequential sections. The noise-intensive work (drilling, chasing, core drilling, etc.) shall be performed on working days (Monday - Friday) until 9:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. The noise protection corridor from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. must be strictly observed. Ongoing business operations may not be disrupted. All work/services arising are therefore to be organized optimally. The building and the outdoor facilities have been classified, pursuant to the Schleswig-Holstein Monuments Protection Act (DSchG SH), as a building structure (historical, artistic and urban-planning aspects).
