The GS Kestnerstr. is to be converted into a barrier-free, inclusive all-day school. The drywall works in the listed heritage building (existing building) include, in addition to site set-up, fire protection certification for timber and steel components, 620 m² stud walls, as an additional item 380 m² of wet-area board, 160 m² installation walls, 160 m² lining cladding, 30 m bulkheads/boxed-in soffits, 100 m plasterboard linings (GK-leibungen), 187 door openings, 355 wall chases/openings, 85 m² suspended/unsupported cantilever ceilings, 656 m² cantilever ceilings as soffit supports, 885 m² long-span beam ceiling panels as soffit supports, 152 m² suspended ceilings, 20 m² gable/roof dormer cladding (slanted), 590 m² acoustic ceiling (perforated/with holes) with 490 m perimeter compound/finishing putty, 1,520 m² MF suspended ceilings with mineral wool layers, 213 m²/1,581 m perimeter border trims and 55 aprons/skirts, trunking/cladding, openings, cable penetrations and inspection/service openings, 230 m curtain track.
