TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GS Kestnerstr. is to be converted into a barrier-free, inclusive all-day school. The drywall works in the listed historic old building include, in addition to site set-up, fire-protection-related work for timber and steel components, 620 m² stud walls, as an add-on 380 m² of wet-room panels, 160 m² installation partition walls, 160 m² lining walls (secondary lining), 30 m of boxed-in linings (soffits/encasements), 100 m of plasterboard cornices/sill linings (GK skirting/trim), 187 door openings, 355 wall recesses, 85 m² cantilevered suspended ceilings, 656 m² cantilevered ceilings as secondary supports, 885 m² long-span beam ceiling panels as substructure, 152 m² drop ceilings, 20 m² slanted cladding for dormers (gaubes), 590 m² acoustic ceiling with perforated sheet (lochsplatte) including 490 m of edge puttying, 1,520 m² MF suspended ceilings with mineral-wool lining, 213 m²/1.581 m perimeter trims and 55 valances (skirt/curtain boards), trunking linings, openings, cable passages and inspection/service openings, 230 m of curtain track.
