TENDER DESCRIPTION

General description of the works: As part of the expansion of childcare in the full-day programme at Saalburgschule, the primary school requires its own cafeteria. Due to increasing numbers of students, the Realschule and Hauptschule (John-F.-Kennedy-Schule) need additional classrooms and care rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used very intensively in terms of available space, which is why a joint extension building to the John-F.-Kennedy-Schule is intended to cover both requirements. The new extension building is to be built at the north-western corner of the property. Between the construction area and the existing sports hall to the east there is a strip with densely grown tree stands. Tree protection and root protection measures will be carried out on site by the contractor. This must be taken into account during execution. Access and egress for construction-site traffic will take place in the north via Massenheimer Weg. Here, from the fire brigade access point to Saalburgschule, traffic is closed off and a cul-de-sac is established. Signposting will be provided by the contractor.
