TENDER DESCRIPTION

General description of construction: As part of the expansion of full-day childcare at the Saalburg School, the primary school needs its own canteen. Due to increasing numbers of students, the secondary school and lower secondary school (John-F.-Kennedy-School) require additional classrooms and care rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used intensively in terms of space; therefore, a shared extension building attached to the John-F.-Kennedy-School is intended to cover both needs. The new extension building is to be constructed at the north-western corner of the site. Between the construction site area and the existing sports hall to the east there is a strip with densely grown tree stock. The tree protection and root protection measures will be carried out by the contractor. Care must be taken accordingly during execution. Access and departure for construction traffic will be from the north via Massenheimer Weg. From the fire brigade access to the Saalburg School, traffic will be closed and a cul-de-sac will be formed here. The signage will be provided by the contractor.
