The listed (heritage-protected) building of the University of Rostock at Parkstraße 6 will be completely renovated from July 2026. The drywall works essentially comprise: Walls / shafts / lining boards • 1,250 m² office partition walls with sliding ceiling connection to existing ceilings • 168 m partition wall connection to existing walls • 205 m pre-installed boarding in the skirting-area (socle) section • 38 door openings • 100 m² shaft walls / 125 m² lining boards / 60 m² installation walls Floors • 4,400 m² dry screed on 10 to 50 mm levelling fill • 470 m floor cable trunking in double-sided wet screed strips b = 25 cm h approx. 45 to 80 mm Ceilings • 150 m² lecture hall ceiling square opening (quadrate perforation) with insulation material layer, suspended from the existing reinforced-concrete ceiling through the historic Rabitz ceiling; the ceiling consists of eight individual strips laid at an angle of 30° to the horizontal, creating the impression that the ceiling is folded • 560 m² suspended ceilings square opening (quadrate perforation) with insulation material layer • 110 m various soffit/encasement boxes (bulkheads) Enclosure of ventilation units in the attic • 2…
