The listed building of the University of Rostock at Parkstraße 6 will be comprehensively renovated starting in July 2026. The drywall works mainly include: Walls / shafts / lining walls • 1,250 m² office partition walls with a sliding ceiling connection to existing ceilings • 168 m partition wall connection to existing walls • 205 m pre-assembled cladding in the plinth area • 38 door openings • 100 m² shaft walls / 125 m² lining walls / 60 m² installation walls Floors • 4,400 m² dry screed on 10 to 50 mm levelling backfill • 470 m floor cable duct run in both-sided wet screed strips, b = 25 cm, h approx. 45 to 80 mm Ceilings • 150 m² lecture hall ceiling with square perforation, with insulation material layer, suspended from the existing reinforced-concrete ceiling through the historic Rabitz ceiling; the ceiling consists of eight individual strips laid at an angle of 30° to the horizontal, creating the impression that the ceiling is folded • 560 m² suspended ceilings with square perforation, with insulation material layer • 110 m various soffit enclosures Enclosure of ventilation units in the attic • 2 room-in-room systems Insulation of the top floor ceiling • 865 m²…
