TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Heinrich-Pattberg secondary school in Moers is, as a 3.5-stream linked full-day school, the only secondary school in Moers. On the school grounds there are seven separate buildings from different construction periods. The two oldest buildings were erected in the early twentieth century for the former Bergschule as brick buildings with pitched roofs. This "existing building" has three storeys and is completely underpinned; it comprises classrooms, the administration area, and various storage and technical rooms. In the early 1990s, two new teaching buildings (Buildings I+II) were added (1 classroom wing, 1 science wing), which are connected to the "existing building" at the level of the 1st floor via a T-shaped connecting corridor. In addition, there is a new multi-sports hall with forum, an open assembly hall (former bicycle parking area), and a two-storey pavilion with additional classrooms on the site. The large multi-sports hall was newly built in 2003 and is not intended to be changed. The classroom pavilion and the assembly hall are to be demolished as part of the overall measure.
