TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension new build KGS Buisdorf as a three-storey (basement-ground-floor) detached solid construction with a cafeteria and service kitchen (cook & chill), as well as rooms for the Open All Day programme, classrooms, sanitary facilities and a large plant engineering centre. The roof area will be constructed as an extensively greened flat roof with a PV system. Building plot area: 4593 m² GFA: approx. 1,594 m² GVA: approx. 6,740 m³ NFA: approx. 1,302 m2 Construction began in July 2024. The measure is carried out in a single construction phase. The construction work is carried out during ongoing school operations. The work is carried out in sections according to construction progress in coordination with the construction management. Daily site diary keeping is required. The specifications include all drywall works for the application areas walls and ceilings: walls, partition linings, service walls, service shaft walls, openings, trusses, reinforcements, plasterboard ceilings, acoustic perforated-board ceilings, mineral fibre grid ceilings, wood wool acoustic ceilings, inspection hatches, scaffolding, etc..
