TENDER DESCRIPTION

At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a district centre for young people, children and their families is to be built. It will accommodate a mix of uses consisting of community, group and multi-purpose rooms, as well as offices for the operators. The planned building comprises two full storeys and a roof storey and has no basement. It will be constructed using a timber frame skeleton construction method with a massive building core and will be provided with a purlin roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. Site access will be via the public road Querkamp. Due to the presence of a large stock of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building plot, the area available for site establishment is very limited. Part of the school car park to the north can be accessed by small trucks.
